Ostabúðin  (The cheese store)
This is probably our one time favorite. The main course is always fresh fish and it´s amazing how they always come up with new and delicious recipes. They also have a great wild goose salad, soups and bruschetta.
This restaurant is situated in the basement of a delicatessen store on Skólavörðustígur 8 ( side street from the main street Laugavegur )
Price range: 690-1380 kr

Grænn Kostur (Green is good)
If you fancy some of the green stuff this is the place. It is situated on Skólavörðustígur 8b just behind the Delicatessen store.
Price range: 1380 kr

The Noodle Station
Also situated on Skólavörðustígur but a little further up closer to the church.
We have had many noodle soups during our lives but nothing has ever come close to this one. Enjoy :-)
Price range: 850 kr
